We are thrilled to share an exciting milestone in The Willow Durham’s journey. After several unfortunate delays, the Willow’s south building has been fully completed, and we couldn’t be more proud of the result. Moreover, several units have been occupied, and we’re happy to report that the units had very few move-in issues and that the condo owners are settled in comfortably.
The reality of living at The Willow has exceeded even our highest expectations. Our residents are now enjoying the luxury amenities and thoughtful design details that make The Willow truly special. From the private balconies with wrap-around views of the Bull City to the meticulously crafted interiors, every element reflects our commitment to modern living in downtown Durham.
The completion of the south building marks not just an end, but a new beginning. Planning for the next building has started and is 90% complete, with construction set to start soon. The north building will be identical to the first one, ensuring the same high standards and attention to detail that have made the south building such a success.
Residents of both buildings will enjoy additional perks that will be part of the north building, mainly the dog spa and additional parking space. These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to creating a community that truly serves the needs of Durham’s urban professionals and families.
